Dan Geltner, aka the Laserwolf, has been around the world and returned to Montreal to bring us beautiful food - and I do mean beautiful. He's always got a slew of exciting projects in the works, like exorcising the ghosts of Cafeteria to make way for SuWu. He's got a generous spirit, a sunny disposition, and a magnificent beard.
